Recently on the same shoot I lost & broke the same screw on my Benro S8 Tripod Head and Manfrotto MVM500A Monopod. The Manfrotto part number was R1036,48 and was for the 500 head series. It's the knob on the side that will lock the tripod plate from sliding.
Turns out it wasn't all that hard to get new parts for free. I was really impressed with both companies customer service. Benro I called and someone picked up on the 2nd ring, transferred me to 'parts' who picked up immediately, took my address and said "we'll drop it in the mail - thanks". Manfrotto also gave me the part for free - but they just have a form on their website that you go thru. Still had someone get back within two days saying it's shipped.
